Our recent trip to Madrid!
Last week, 14 of us went to Madrid for 4 days. We had a great time, and the weather was good to us. All the students were great company and tried their best to speak and learn lots of Spanish. We had an interesting tour of the Bernabeu stadium, then saw some unusual animals like pandas and anteaters at the zoo. On Saturday we went to the lovely city of Segovia. Sunday was hot and sunny enough to relax on the boating lake in the Retiro park. Thanks to those who rowed everyone else round! Here are some of the photos of our fun time!

Year 7 experimenting with our new i-pads!
Year 7 have this week been lucky enough to be the first to use our school set of i-pads and we wrote about our likes and dislikes, using an app called "Comic Life". The students were so engaged that we lost track of time and continued through breaktime and into the following lesson. Ooops!
